I am Jack Friesz a Republican candidate for District 15 House Seat B Representative of the Idaho Legislature. Our forefathers founded this country on the concept that the government would serve at the will of the people. This concept has created the greatest democracy ever known, the United States of America.

The 2002 Idaho Legislature ignored the will of the people and voted to repeal term limits, which was passed by a majority of the Idaho voters, not once but twice! Such arrogant, self-serving conduct by the legislature is wrong and every legislator who voted for repeal should be ashamed.

Benjamin Franklin stated that elected rulers are servants and the people are their superiors. The members of the Idaho Legislature who voted for repeal of term limits are no longer servants of the people and must be replaced.

Max C. Black, District 15 House Seat B Representative does not agree with Ben Franklin and voted against the voters of Idaho who clearly spoke on term limits. A vote for Jack Friesz will be a vote for the will of the people. My word is my bond and when elected I will never vote against the will of the voters of Idaho.
